pHionics will private label our products for your use, subject to our acceptance and your approval of artwork, logo, etc., as performed via electro-chemical etching.  Private labeling is performed free of charge if the following terms and conditions are met.  Note: we also will perform custom designs for OEM's subject to licensing and development fees -- call us.

minimums
An OEM must have a scheduled release of fifteen units per quarter (three months).  The units can be mixed, but there must be no fewer than five of like kind -- such as five (5) pH, five (5) conductivity and five (5) dissolved oxygen or a single order such as fifteen (15) pH units.  There must be a minimum of sixty units per year (again, no fewer than five of like kind in any shipment) to qualify for the discount.

lead-times
An eight week lead-time is required to qualify for the discount, and to allow pHionics to conveniently schedule the units into normal production patterns that allow us to pass on the discount.  Therefore, it is incumbent upon the OEM to project schedules that can accommodate the lead-time without subjecting you to product shortages.  If, in the normal course of operations your order is ready for shipment prior to the eight weeks, we will notify you, in the event that you would desire an early release of the shipment.  You will not be under any obligation to accept the early release, and we will revert to the normal eight week schedule.

payment terms
An initial fifty percent payment of the invoice total will accompany placement of order after order has been confirmed and accepted by pHionics.  One week prior to scheduled shipment (the eleventh week) the remaining fifty percent must be remitted.  If the remainder is not remitted within ten business days, the order will be held for thirty days after notification that the shipment is ready -- if the remittance is not made during this time, the fifty percent initial payment will be forfeited in exchange for the time and materials required to return the product to pHionics standards, and in recognition that the units may not fit into the cyclical mix of sales for that particular parameter. The initial order will be subject to the standard prepayment discount afforded to the quantity ordered as seen in the standard discount policy.  Once it becomes apparent that the minimum of sixty annual units will be surpassed, the discount will be adjusted to allow for the maximum discount adjusted across the entire order.  From that point forward, the maximum discount will be allowed until the minimum of sixty units is not surpassed for a twelve month period.

oem discount
In appreciation of adhering to the above terms and conditions, pHionics will reward the OEM with a twenty percent discount (20%) on any standard product that is either bought as a stock pHionics item or private-labeled for your resale.
