how do I order?

Please contact us for a quote request.  Alternatively, you may fax your RFQ or purchase order to us at 1-775-246-2722.   If you do not receive a confirmation of your order within two business days -- through some form of communication supplied by you below -- please call or contact us in your preferred manner.

Orders outside of the United States will be handled via electronic deposits or posted check to our bank.  Click on 'wire transfers' above.

If you are applying for credit, please fax your customary credit application and a current balance sheet to 1-775-246-2722.

*Please note that sales to California addresses may be subject to California sales tax, if a resale card is not on file.

pHionics will authorize the funds upon acceptance of order (this effectively puts a hold on the funds), but the card will not be debited until the product is shipped.  The 'bill to' and 'ship to' address must be the same.
